Please fill out this form if you would like to request a professional visit. The following rules apply for professional visits:

• Contact visits are only allowed for attorneys, law enforcement officials, or by a court order. All other requests will be denied.
• Requests must be made at least one business day in advance. Requests for Monday visits must be made before Noon on Friday. Requests made for a day after a holiday must be made by noon of the last working day before the holiday.
• Professional visits will only be held Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Visits will not be available between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. due to facility lockdown hours. Your request will be assessed by our staff and you will be notified via email with the date and time of your visit.

Due to staffing and availability, visits are limited. Visits with be first come, first served. We will try to accommodate everyone. We reserve the right to cancel visits at any time to maintain the safety and security of the facility. Professional visits will not be available on weekends or holidays.

Please print and complete the Professional Visitor Access Form and bring it with you on the date of your visit. This form will be turned in to the Main Control officer who checks you in.
