Our Mission

NRADC’s mission is to provide a full range of correctional services to Clarke, Fauquier and Frederick Counties and the City of Winchester.  These services provided to criminal justice agencies, our community rehabilitative partners, and those in our care are fulfilled by a highly trained staff of professionals exemplifying dedication and respect.  We are guided by our unwavering pursuit of Integrity, Safety and Security, Professionalism, Courage, Loyalty, and Teamwork.

Our Vision

Our vision is to successfully reintegrate those in our care, back into their communities, as successful law-abiding citizens through extensive programming and reentry practices.  We will continually evolve our approach to the principles of safety, security and programming without fear of failure nor contentment of success.  The foundation of our vision is built upon our unwritten motto “Send them home better than we found them”.
