This program is for younger individuals who have committed a non-driving alcohol-related offense, such as underage possession of alcohol. Participation in the program may result in either a reduced charge or dismissal of the original charge.

You may complete the paperwork and bring it, along with your payment, to your scheduled appointment. Alternatively, you may submit the completed Young Offender Enrollment Packet to asapenrollments@fcva.us. Once the packet has been received and reviewed, our office will contact you to schedule your evaluation.

The enrollment fee of $250 may be paid online by credit or debit card through our Payment Details page, or by cashier's check or money order submitted to our office.
