This office accepts money orders, cashier checks, or credit/debit cards. Money order payments can be mailed to the main office: Old Dominion ASAP, 860 Smithfield Avenue, Winchester, VA 22601. Credit/debit card payments must be made in person or on-line and will require proper identification at the time of payment. Credit card payments will have a 2.25% applied to the amount being paid.
