The Virginia Code 46.2-360 directs the local ASAP to complete a License Restoration Evaluation for court review when a habitual/DUI, 3rd offender petitions the local court for restoration of driving privilege. Old Dominion ASAP completes evaluations for persons petitioning Winchester City, Frederick, Clarke Warren, Shenandoah and Page Counties.
NOTE: YOU MUST COMPLY WITH ALL OUTSTANDING ASAP REQUIREMENTS BEFORE PETITIONING THE COURT FOR RESTORATION
The evaluation process includes:
- The cost for the evaluation service is $200.00 due at the time of your appointment by money order made out to Old Dominion ASAP. The payment can be made prior to your appointment by money order or credit/debit card in person and with proper identification.
- Once your Order for Evaluation – Habitual Offender is received from the Court, our office will mail you an appointment letter and the required enrollment paperwork.
- You may complete the paperwork and bring it, along with your payment, to your scheduled appointment. Alternatively, you may submit the completed License Restoration Enrollment Packet to asapenrollments@fcva.us. Once the packet has been received and reviewed, our office will contact you to schedule your evaluation.
- The evaluation fee may be paid online by credit or debit card through our Payment Details page, or by cashier's check or money order submitted to our office.
