You have been referred to Old Dominion ASAP for supervision of your court-ordered community service requirement.

You may choose a worksite that is convenient to your schedule, location, and interests. However, all worksites must be approved by your Case Manager before any hours may begin. To be approved, the worksite must generally be a non-profit organization recognized by the IRS, such as a 501(c)(3) organization. Examples include charitable organizations, food banks, animal shelters, museums, libraries, parks, and other community service agencies.

To request approval of a worksite, complete and submit a Worksite Request Form to your Case Manager. Community service hours completed before a worksite is approved will not be accepted.

Enrollment Requirements

To enroll in the Community Service Program, you must:

  • Submit a completed Community Service Agreement Form

  • Submit a completed Worksite Request Form

  • Pay the required community service supervision fee

Failure to complete these requirements by the deadline provided by your Case Manager may result in your case being returned to the referring Court or agency as non-compliant. All forms can be submitted via in-person or email to asapenrollments@fcva.us.

Payment may be made online through our Payment Details page by credit or debit card, or by cashier's check or money order submitted to our office.

Community Service Supervision Fees

Hours Ordered Fee
Up to 8 Hours $75.00
9-25 Hours $100.00
26-50 Hours $125.00
51-75 Hours $150.00
76-100 Hours $175.00
101-200 Hours $200.00
Over 200 Hours $1.00 per hour

Completion of Hours

Upon completion of your community service hours, the approved worksite must submit the completed Community Service Verification Form directly to Old Dominion ASAP.

Please contact your Case Manager if you have questions regarding approved worksites, fees, or completion requirements.
