A Public Service Announcement from Frederick County Fire & Rescue

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our public safety personnel are utilizing increased personal protective equipment, such as gloves, masks, face shields, and gowns. To provide crew safety, we are asking that patients and/or family members NOT approach our crews when they arrive on scene. It is imperative that our responders are able to maintain a safe distance while donning their PPE and performing their initial assessment.
