Probation Program Fees

Standard Supervision Fee: $150.00
Six Month Extension of Probation: An additional $25.00
Probation Cases Transferred To Another Jurisdiction For Oversight: $25.00

*Supervision fee will not exceed $175.00

Formal claims against the Virginia State Income Tax Returns and Lottery winnings of all Probation participants who fail to pay their assigned fees within 30 days will be submitted to the Virginia Treasurer.

Alcohol Safety Action Program Fees

ASAP Fee $400.00 this includes the $100 Intervention Fee.
Drug Offender Fee $400.00 this also includes the $100 Intervention Fee.

Formal claims against the Virginia State Income Tax Returns and Lottery winnings of all ASAP participants who fail to pay their assigned fees within 30 days will be submitted to the Virginia Treasurer.

Work Release Fee

$16.00 per day plus $8.95 per day to cover a GPS rental fee for those who work beyond a 50 mile radius from the detention center.

Formal claims against the Virginia State Income Tax Returns and Lottery winnings of all Work Release participants who fail to pay their assigned fees within 30 days will be submitted to the Virginia Treasurer.

Home Electronic Monitoring Fees

$16.00 per day.
