Inmates with pending charges are not eligible.
Inmates assigned to work release are released from confinement for the period of their work day. All compensation received from their employment is payable to the Detention Center. The Detention Center dispurses inmate compensation to satisfy child support requirements, court costs, fines, and restitution and applies a daily fee to offset the cost of inmate incarceration. Any amount remaining is maintained in an inmate personal account.
